Tried lamp chops, boneless chicken, beef koobideh and soup here and everything was tasty. There's a lot of food so bring your appetite. I'm happy I found this place near where I live and it'll be my go to place for Persian food.

The koobideh kabob was absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the accompanying salad was fresh and refreshing. The overall presentation was beautiful, and the service was impeccable.

Best food in all of LA! Large potions, affordable pricing, great service and welcoming staff. Cannot recommend enough. The only Persian restaurant you will ever need to visit!

My wife and I just had an amazing meal here and we had to write about it. This is a hole in the wall type of place (meaning small, ~8-10 small tables and a couple outdoor tables, and not super fancy, so don't expect extravagant decor, tablecloths and waiters in suits). The owner, Amir, was the only server. I'm not sure if it's always that way, or if someone didn't show up, but he somehow managed to get to every table promptly, and the food came out fast. Sampler appetizer was delicious, especially the salad olivieh and bademjan. Koobideh was juicy and delicious. Chicken kabob was tender, rice fluffy and cooked perfectly. Ended the meal with some Baklava which was great. Can't recommend this place enough!

Tried the beef Beef Koobieh Wrap and the Chicken Shish Kabob Wrap they were both very good. Great portions they provide a large salad and two wraps. The beef wrap tasted like a hamburger, my favorite was definitely the Chicken Shish Kabob wrap very flavorful soft chicken very tasty! They give you a sauce and I had a bit on my wrap which was very good. I thought it was for the salad so I saved some and added it ... ended up being very spicy haha so next time I definitely won't be doing that. Food was made to order took around 20 mins. Friendly service. Small dining area, dim lighting.

Wow what a great find. I called an order in instead of using the on line order system and I'm glad I did. The owner was super friendly and helpful in making the order. We got the meal tray for 2 and the meal tray for 3. There was enough food to feed at least 8 hungry people. It was hot when we picked it up and the owner helped get the food in the car. We loved all of the meats but the chicken kabob, the steak, and the lamb were the favorites. We added grilled veggies which were perfect. The rice was also a big plus. I added hummus which was traditional and tasty. For the amount of food the price is very reasonable which in todays day and age makes Fabio's very unique and a great find.

Such a welcoming atmosphere when you come to Fanoos. The host/waiter is always friendly and happy to chat with you. We've been coming to this gem of the South Bay for years. BEST PERSIAN FOOD outside of Westwood. I always order kashke bademjan (baked eggplant dip with mint and onion) as an appetizer. PRO-TIP: ask for a raw onion. Use the onion slices like a "chip" to scoop up the "dip". Our friendly host calls it "true Persian style". You won't regret it!! If you have a large party, order a Persian appetizer plate (includes khaske as well as pickles, cutlet, grape leaves)--warning, quite filling. Shirazi salad is very refreshing. Many entrees to choose from. I love chicken Koobideh with rice and salad. Also chicken kabob or soltani (kabob and koobideh). All these options also available in beef. I also love lamb shank (succulent!) with your choice of seasoned rice (Adas polo, Baghali polo, albalo polo)--you simply must try all of these rice options. We always get a Persian stew, especially fesenjan (pomegranate and walnut)--unbelievably tasty. Enjoy it with tahdig (crispy Persian rice). Our waiter calls it "Persian crack" it's addictive!! I'm craving this food as I write this review!!
